A jury on Friday ordered former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani to pay $140 million to two Georgia election workers. The victims’ attorney told the jury that “whoever spread the lies against Moss and Freeman should be held accountable.” According to American media reports, out of the amount received under defamation, Moss will get about $17 million for defamation and $20 million for the mental stress caused to him. Freeman will get $16 million for defamation and $20 million for the mental stress he suffered. Both the mother and daughter will get seven and a half million dollars as compensation.
